Create new log

You create a new log when you want to record a new issue or form of communication. Usually, this is the tenant reporting a problem with the property he/she lives in.

View all logs

You can view all logs created for the property you live in either by clicking on the Posidacious logo or one of the links on the right hand menu.

View individual log

By clicking on one of the logs in the list, you can view the details of the log. You can see all the updates relevant to that log such as when a contractor has finished the job.

As you may be able to see from the above image, you can update the log, close the log or even add an image to the log.
